We’re kicking off Tightknit Office Hours! @here The purpose of these office hours is to prepare community managers with the tools to build great communities, an understanding of our product and other community tactics, and an opportunity to ask questions of the community. As this is the first one and we are unsure of the potential attendance, we decided to take the stage ourselves. It’s also an opportune time as our team will have just finished speaking at Dreamforce. We will recap what we learn about Slack, community-building, and how our team plays a part in all of this. 🧶 Tightknit Product Updates We’ll cover our upcoming product announcements around gamification and engagement tooling.
