Hi Tightknit team,
I accidentally deleted our Community Events Slack channel and then created a new Community Events channel. I'd like to re-link our existing Events feed to the new channel so we keep one feed and its history.
What I need
Point the existing Events feed at the new Slack channel. If you can't re-link it, tell me what you'd do instead.
Community: workato-community (Slack workspace T0B1Y55B6J1)
Old feed
- Feed ID: feed_uGbq2KZYZUDw
- Slug: events (community.workato.com/x/events)
- Still active and public, still in the nav menu.
- Still set to the deleted channel, and stores_new_messages has flipped to false.
- Has 2 published posts, one with a comment and a file attachment:

New Slack channel
- Name: events
- Channel ID: C0C302X6Z9Q
- Public, the Tightknit app is a member, not activated yet.
Why not just activate the new channel
Activating it creates a new feed with a slug that collides with events, and the old posts would be stranded on the old feed. I'd like to avoid that, and I also don't want to rename or archive the old feed if you can re-link it.
