My name is Tanmay Kapoor and I'm joining from India — really excited to be part of this community!
Let me share a little about myself. I have 15+ years of experience building and managing developer and customer communities at companies like Microsoft, Capgemini, Temenos, Freshworks, and most recently Cloudflare.
Throughout my career, I have built community programs from the ground up, run engagement initiatives, and managed communities on platforms like Discourse, Salesforce Community Cloud, and Discord.
I was recently impacted by Cloudflare's layoff, where I was serving as a Community Program Manager — managing a global community of 300,000 members across Discourse and Discord.
