We're hiring a Growth Marketer to build and own Community & Partnerships at Goodlabs Goodlabs is reimagining how Americans access preventive health. When someone donates blood through Goodlabs, they get free, personalized health insights from their donation. More blood for life-saving treatments, more data for people who normally can't access preventive care. We're looking for someone to own the entire community and partnerships function. Day to day, that looks like:
Building and sustaining large, engaged communities around our mission
Running blood drives with major companies in our operational markets
Establishing distribution partnerships that introduce Goodlabs to new audiences
Crafting stories from our community for written and video content
Serving as a trusted face of Goodlabs externally
This is a high-ownership role. You'll report directly to the founder, run autonomously, and have the creative freedom (and budget) to build programs that don't exist yet. We're based in NYC (SoHo), currently live in SF, and expanding to 20+ centers by end of 2026. Target markets include Miami, Denver, Chicago, Milwaukee, and NYC.
