🕑 Updated Event Reminders
You can now set multiple reminders for events—perfect for webinars, AMAs, and live sessions where a single reminder just isn’t enough. When creating or editing an event you can set a primary reminder (ex: 1 day before) and secondary reminders (ex: 10 minutes before)
🛠️ Improvements & Fixes Studio
New: Export dashboard list views to CSV - You can now export data from Studio dashboards to CSV, starting with Members list view pages.
Companion Site
Improved Login page logo visibility - Fixed an issue where the logo was too light against the background, making it hard to see for sites with a light logo and a light background page color.
Fixed missing login error message on Companion Site - Resolved an issue where the error message didn’t appear when a login attempt failed.
Magic Link is now active - We now support log in with Magic Link on the Companion Site.
Misc
Slack community member count now reflects active members - our member count now excludes Slack members that were invited but had not yet joined the workspace.
⚠️Heads Up
Next week: Bot messages will sync to Feeds by default - Starting next Tuesday Feb 10, all bot messages will sync into Companion Site Feeds unless you blocklist specific bot users in Disallowed Bots settings.

🛠️Improvements & Fixes Notifications Pilot
Bell icon now visible in dark mode - We fixed an issue where the notification bell icon was not visible in dark mode.
Updated “Follow” button styling - We fixed the styling of the Follow button on the Post and Profile pages to be consistent with the site branding.
Gamification
Journey milestones now appear in order created - Fixed an issue where milestones could appear out of sequence in the slack Journey details view. Progress should now feel… progressive.
Studio
Studio analytics now support weekly and monthly bucketing - Updated Studio analytics to allow data to be grouped by week or month, making it easier to spot trends over time.

🛠️ Improvements & Bug Fixes API
Deprecating API domain at tightknit.dev in favor of tightknit.ai - If you use our REST APIs, please update your base URL to tightknit.ai by Feb 1, 2026.
Fixed CORS issue blocking access to the Admin APIs - Resolved a CORS issue that prevented browsers and AI tools such as Claude code from working correctly with our Admin API.
Companion Site
Expanded support for publishing comments to the Companion Site - Previously we limited the Post to Site shortcut to only the top-level post. Now if there's a comment missing for whatever reason, you can now publish to the Companion Site.
Rich text spacing now consistent between Slack and the Companion Site - We fixed spacing inconsistencies between rich text blocks so content now looks the same width apart in both places.
Misc
Fixed broken install link on our website -The install link now correctly redirects to the Slack app installation flow.
Updated our feature flagging platform - We made major improvements to our feature flagging infrastructure. This helps us roll things out safely and quickly.
