I think it would be good to find a way to keep engagement going after the event. Maybe you can send people who attended potential people they can connect with who also the event.

Hey everyone 👋 I’m Shaheryar, currently a Product Manager at Siemens and also the Director of Alumni for a professional association I help run. Excited to be here!
