When you publish, the channel event announcements are currently posted by the Tightknit bot and uses your community name. Are you referring to something else?

ah pardon me i was referring to the posting the change log or any other type of post id make id like it to also come from the tightknit bot using the company name when i post in slack/companion

the way it works today is that users will see the event date in their own timezone. E.g. being in Cali, I will see events in PST both in slack and on the companion site.

Stephen C. my analysts who are posting the events are in GMT+3 but we advertise 11am EST is there a way to standardize the event time? (Not have the time depend on who is posting the events)

will the new updated permission set perhaps allow us to post as a community Stephen C. aka posting as “Hyros”? 😉

that would be amazing Stephen C. then I can have the team post the full calendar of events without taking the time to approve them all

i would like to avoid giving admin access out & posting with the api is super tedious for an analyst who isnt tech savy

no Stephen C. i changed change log from the normal format to the change log format in tightknit only Stephen C.

it showed up on the event Zach H. when i created the event, it asked where i wanted it posted, i clicked announcements channel, so when i posted the recap it also went to the announcements channelm id like to replicate that same action that was already posted in the slack but on my companion
