Heads up: we updated our legal terms
đ Heads up: we updated our legal terms We've updated our Data Processing Agreement, Main Services Agreement, and Privacy Policy. There's nothing you need to do. Why: our docs had drifted out of sync with each other, and your security teams kept asking us the same questions, so we put the answers in writing. Nothing prompted this; there's been no security incident. What changed:
AI assistants: the Privacy Policy now explains what happens when you connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another assistant to your community, including that we never see your conversations with it.
Change management: every production change is peer reviewed, tested in staging, and approved before release.
Workspace access: we only touch your workspace when your admin asks, through our normal release process, or for security or legal reasons.
Your data after you leave: you get 60 days to export it as JSON, then we delete it.
Breach notice: 72 hours (was 48). Current customers keep 48 hours until their renewal.
Signed your own DPA with us? That one still applies. Questions? Drop them in the thread or DM me.
