Best Practices for Building a Private Enterprise Community Space and Driving Engagement
Just sharing some best practices I've been thinking of since starting the new Relevance Community a fortnight ago which has helped us as our core focus is building a private space within the Community for our Enterprise customers (the core team who build on Relevance AI). I use our CRM to pull in all of our active Enterprises, then narrow that down to who I want to target. I'm using a dashboard in Codex to track who in which Enterprise we've invited, and who we've actually had join. We're also running private events every week for the cohort, then sharing them afterwards in the private space. Some learnings we've found so far:
Tightknit has public and unlisted events, not private yet, but we've been inviting people directly to the Zoom meeting. It's led to people seeing it on their calendar and attending instead of registering, adding it to the calendar, etc. so they see it directly. We're still creating unlisted events then recaps as it's a great feature, and when we have private content resource groups, we can easily create collections from these events, but directly inviting is definitely shooting participation up
Bringing the GTM teams across the business along on the journey has been super beneficial to us, as each Enterprise's account team is also pushing them to join and advertising events each week, so creating quick slides using Claude Design and shooting them to account teams has been great!
Happy to share more as we evolve our private space.
