Looking for Advice on Pitching Slack Pro Upgrades for Large Customer Communities Over $80K/Year

Has anyone pitched an internal upgrade to Slack Pro for a customer community that would cost >$80K/yr 👀 Such rough pricing since it's on the order of another teammate! Even if your pitch was unsuccessful, I would love to hear about advice, tips, stories...we got the notice that all content older than 1 year will be permanently deleted in a month so I'm in a time crunch now 😢

I can't give you the exact prices people paid but I can give you some people who are on Slack Pro accounts thanks to working with our team:
Jacob G. (and his manager Alison B.)
Amanda R. recently went through the process for a smaller customer-only community
Scott O. is another great example
Michelle F. might have some thoughts but their's is less open than yours.
Either way Shriya N. (and I hope this is true) - all of these people would vouch for having Tightknit in the room with them when negotiating both with Slack and with your executive team! We are 5x more likely to help a Slack community deal close when we are in the room (true numbers)

➕ 1 to what Zach said – I don't think we would have bought Slack Pro if it wasn't for having him there. Mainly because Slack's AE team doesn't seem as familiar with selling Slack as a community platform. Happy to chat more with you via DM if you have questions! having tightknit in the room is where winning happens! 🏆 i cant speak to decisions/process that were made prior to my arrival, but i would safely bet the tightknit layer (and zach on the call) present, it would be hard to say no

I've been through the slack sales process twice now for our community and it's been pretty ordinary at best. We have nearly 450 members in our program now. I am still on the basic slack plan.

Every time I talk to them, I share all the problems we have with slack and they take notes and notes ... and more notes and only ever come back with trying to pitch the next member tier with no solutions to problems.

The quoted me like $60k for the year or something for our community. We are just staying put with what we have.

Did they actually delete your past-90-day history or was it still there?
Could you get a better deal than your first go-around?
