Creating Badges in Canva: Tips and Tutorial for Community Managers

·
·

▶︎ After our Community Managers Appreciation Day, many of you asked me how we create Badges here at Tightknit. tightknit-rainbow While some of you have skilled designers with Figma fingers, my nubby hands have resigned themselves to the tool for people who cannot design: Canva. It’s the best I love it. In this video, I cover,

  • How to create badges, including our signature Otter baseball cards

  • How to create frames (the most important one!) with transparent PNGs

  • Our standard Tightknit Badges Canva template available for you to get started.

If you have Canva tips & tricks, please add them to the thread for others to share! Let’s go stretch those left brains. 🧠

Love this. Especially the multiple artboards (?) so you can duplicate a design and modify, keeping things consistent across the whole set.

Definitely. Although I don’t follow my own advice at times. Each hello-otter card is hand-crafted
