Zap messages not appearing in companion site - Workaround needed? Best channel for support queries?

Me again - I notice that when I use a Zap to send messages to Slack those messages aren’t appearing in the companion site even after I specifically hit send to companion site. Is there a workaround or better to manually send things in Slack for now? Also is this the right channel to send support messages or better to DM?
