Event Name Character Limit: Can It Be Increased?

Having some issues creating/adding a new series of events as the event name is limited to 70 characters. Does there need to be a limit? Could this be increased?

We can certainly increase it! This was an initial recommendation based on the chars that can be displayed in Slack's picker selectors, but that is not a hard limit. Can I ask the length of the title you're trying to add?

The current title I’m trying to add is 78 characters.
