Enhancing Member Access: Full Directory and Searchable Tags

Hi Tightknit Team! Quick note: I'd love for my members to be able to access and search the full directory on the companion page! On a related note, it'd be fantastic if members could have searchable tags on their member profiles, e.g. for different industries/ climate verticals etc. Have a great weekend!
