Simplifying CRM Needs for Enhanced Community Engagement
i saw Amanda R. comment in Best Practices about CRM. For me, I want the CRM to be in Tightknit. a sales CRM is too robust. Our community is for just my customers. It would be great if the "directory" had a backend where only the admin could write notes, add tag tags, social/websites on the person's profile. Since Tightknit operates in Slack, maybe there's a section for me as the admin (see screenshot) where i click on members, and i gain access to the member database that's on the community page, but i'm now able to add notes to the contacts? users go to the community page and see the public items. admin goes to the Tightknit app and accesses the database backend for note taking. Overall, i need to be able to write notes, tags, and add urls (social channels, websites), so i can access for the full purpose of engagement, connection, and communication with my community members how it works, not sure. what i need, that's the feedback
