Configuring the Support Bot for Thread Updates on Companion Site

I have a support bot on my slack workspace - it does not look like his responses are updated within the threads on the companion site, and the only setting I can find in the tightknit bot is a per-channel setting for "mute tightknit bot" - is there somewhere else i can allow a specific bot's replies to update on the companion site?

Yes indeed Brian G.! Try adding the bot to your Allowed Bot Profiles

Also there is a setting we have behind the scenes, that allows us to override the bot image with your community logo. Let me know if you’d like me to turn that on for your community

Brian G. done! Once you have the Allowed Bot Profile set to your other app, that apps messages will now be added to the site
