Onboarding Message Test Notification Issue: Seeking Advice

I've been customizing our onboarding message, but I'm not getting a notification when clicking the "send test message to myself" button. Curious if this is a known issue or if I'm holding it wrong?

Hey Andrina K. we're looking into the issue right now. There is likely a bug in the test message service. Thanks for reporting it.
