Hey team - I've tried upgrading to the latest version of the app and reinstalling following the on-screen instructions, but I'm getting an error message. Anyone else run into this?
Hey Matt! Are you getting an error message during re-installation? Or is the re-installation successful, but the "app out of date" warning is still showing?
Both - I'm getting an error message that shows "app out of date," but when I try to reinstall, the browser says it's successful. Something's not adding up here since I'm seeing both messages at once.
Can you refresh the app home (CTRL + R) and see if the warning goes away?
Zach H. Quick check: is this still a known bug? I'm getting a message that our app is out of date. When I click on it, it sends me to a page where I can ask permission to install (below). I got the approval I needed from my workspace owner and was notified via Slackbot...but still don't see a way to "reinstall" and get the latest version.
Hmm, this might be a bug on Slack. Wondering what happens when you get all the way through the flow or does it block you here every time?
