Hi 👋🏾 I'm Ashley - I'm a Customer Experience leader based in NYC 🥯! I most recently owned Community Support at Clubhouse, but I'm currently working fractionally as a CX builder for a handful of smb. I also help manage the ElevateCX community, which is how I found my way here ^_^

I maybe figured it out myself (support person cannot help but self-serve when available 🫠 ) but i was trying to make sure i we setting up our subdomain correctly so we could use community.elevatecx.co instead of the tightknit slug
