We Are Hiring: Automation Expert/ Executive Assistant We’re expanding and looking for a high-performance Automation Expert/ Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role. It’s not for someone looking for a relaxed schedule or perfect work-life balance. We’re looking for people who want to grow fast, take ownership, and perform at a high level. Who We’re Looking For: • Fluent in English with a clear accent • Hungry for sales and ready to put in the work • Disciplined, reliable, and performance-driven • Comfortable handling high daily workload and multitasking • Experience with tools like Clay, Instantly, HeyReach, or similar is a plus • Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools • Understanding of automation tools like n8n, Clay, and GHL is highly valuable • Previous experience as a setter or assistant is a strong advantage What You’ll Do: • Handle high-volume reply backs (up to 300/day), follow-ups, and lead nurturing • Engage with prospects across multiple channels and re-activate cold leads • Support outreach campaigns and manage conversations • Create simple social media content (Canva, basic editing, posting) • Assist with video editing and content publishing • Support daily operations and executive tasks • Work with automation tools (n8n, Clay, GHL) to improve workflows • Track performance and stay aligned with the team’s targets What You Get: • 100% remote – work from anywhere • Access to our internal sales training and systems • Direct mentorship and daily support • Opportunity to grow To Apply: 1.
