We’re hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer at Idea Maker Location: Remote( US-Only ) Type: Contract Idea Maker is a U.S.-based software agency. We build custom software, web and mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and AI tools for clients ranging from early-stage startups to established businesses. Most of our work comes down to taking someone’s idea and turning it into a product that works and keeps working as it grows. We’re looking for an engineer who likes solving real problems, cares about clean code, and wants to build things people actually use. What you’d be working on
Building and maintaining web apps and custom software for our clients
Backend services, APIs, and database work that has to scale
Working closely with designers, other developers, and project managers
Tracking down bugs, speeding things up, and keeping the codebase in good shape
Having a say in technical decisions and seeing projects through from development to launch
What we’re looking for
Professional experience as a software developer
Solid JavaScript/TypeScript or Python (or something similar)
Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, or Django
Comfortable with REST APIs, SQL databases, Git, and cloud services
You- can work through problems on your own, explain your thinking clearly, and work well with a team Bonus points for
AWS, Docker, or CI/CD experience
Having built SaaS products or enterprise apps before
An interest in AI, machine learning, or workflow automation
