Slack has been transformational for collaboration across the workspace. But it has now expanded into customer success operations. This session will feature a panel of experts who use Slack to build unique and robust customer support operations for their teams, customers, and clients. Introducing: Jared Gaynes, GTM Lead at Thena, transforming customer experience with Slack. Sara Dillon, ex-Slack Sales Leader, with experience in Slack for Healthcare. George Dilthey, CX Lead at Clay, scaling personalized outreach with data enrichment. The event will be moderated by Zach Hawtof, NYC Chapter Leader and CEO of Tightknit. This session will be held 🔴 LIVE 🔴 at the Salesforce Tower. If you've been following the NYC Chapter's journey of setting up an event in the tower, you know this is rare and an event you WILL. NOT.
