I'm the founder of Retail Women in Tech. Retail Women in Tech is a global community, the only one of its kind, dedicated to empowering women and allies passionate about retail and technology. Our mission is to create the conditions for women to gain greater representation across every aspect of our industry. We cultivate meaningful connections between people of different backgrounds to inspire, support and learn from one another as we navigate through this thing called our careers (and life). Why do this? Because no one else is.
I've been in the retail industry since college. I've been in the business, consulting and tech. This community has been a labor of love and has been so overwhelmingly warmly received. We are planning to become a non-profit. I've decided to put my heart into it.
