We know starting a community is hard yards β but it's where momentum starts. You'll work closely with our Head of Product and CEO to develop the brand voice within the community. We're committed to supporting real innovation and building an engaging, authentic tone that actually resonates. On any given day, you might be configuring a content scraper to pull HR tech insights, encouraging a team member to share their latest case study, moderating peer-to-peer discussions, or experimenting with new ways to surface opportunities to the right people. What you will do:
Design and execute content aggregation and automation (podcasts, product updates, thought leadership, jobs)
Activate Lavasource team to share expertise and insights within the community
Build workflows that keep 3,000-10,000 people engaged
Facilitate peer-to-peer learning and real conversations
Measure what's working and iterate fast
We think this is part-time, 20 hour a week role.
