📣 Upcoming Site Banner Format Change (Aug 12) - Action Required!

Hey folks, as a part of our effort to use more standard aspect ratios and support larger images, we will be changing the dimensions we use to display page banners on the community site. In short, we are moving to a 2560 x 640 px (4:1 aspect ratio) image shape. The branding guide contains the updated size recommendations and Canva templates. ⚠️ Action Required - Please update your community site page banners to these new dimensions by Aug 12, 2026. Banners using the old dimensions past this date will be slightly cropped on the sides. The following images are affected:

We advise you to rebuild and re-export these images from your source using new dimensions, and then upload to Tightknit. You can update these banner settings in the Studio or through our MCP server.
