Derek Koch Austin Gunter As a community marketer, would you ever share a customer discussion on social? Would it be worth its weight in 👀 as structured content? Let me know if you have thoughts or need some clarification.

I’d RT and let actual customers respond to their questions, or I’d get them routed to support quickly and visibly so there was this huge public record of really fast support turnarounds

If you can get away with doing this in a genuine way, it’s extremely powerful social proof

Love that Austin Gunter! Totally answers the question. I agree it’s a great growth and social proof lever for the community. What was the “highlight” you would usually mention in the RT or repost? If you had AI at the time, do you think it could help write the posts or are we maybe barking up the wrong tree? Feel free to answer on your own time. Thanks for joining the convo.

I like this a lot. Let the UGC speak for itself. Limited author content, maybe only to set context. Stephen Cook feature idea: we could generate an image of the comment for sharing to highlight the individual quote.
