Service Outage Update: Slack API Issue Resolved for Community Forums

📢 Community Announcement: Service Outage Update @channel Hi everyone, Last night, we experienced a partial outage of service that affected any community with an active forum. Starting Nov 26th at 11:20 PM PST, we stopped receiving workspace-related events from the Slack API. This impacted certain app services, primarily syncing messages to the companion site. After contacting Slack support, the issue was resolved on Nov 27th at 8:35 AM PST. We are now operating normally and are closely monitoring the application. To ensure transparency into the situation and prevent future occurrences, we will perform a retrospective and share the results of our investigation.
