๐ Hey Community, does anyone have any best practices on how you manage your community members in Tightknit (private community) ? &, Have some of you already worked with the Gamification (Beta) and set up different journeys? Is there a limitation on how many journeys I can set up? ๐
Thanks for connecting Zach H.! ๐ Lauren D. we're a private community which means our members will only be able to join via invite. I want to get a deeper understanding who has joined the community after all (did competitors enter at some point etc.). Do you have some mechanisms in place for that (e.g. monthly reporting, manual efforts)?
We keep track of members through our CRM but have things synced with Slack so we know when someone joins Slack specifically. You can pretty easily use Zapier to do that depending on your CRM. That's not to say that you can't do that with Tightknit, we just already had a system in place. Tightknit lets us register members to Zoom events directly in Slack so we know that only people who have permission to be in Slack are registering for events - a feature I'm thankful for!

Yes that would be amazing! So you just used Zapier to connect Tightknit with your CRM tool?

Still have to look into the event feature, but that is ideal for our case!! Thank you Lauren D. ๐
