Exploring Tightknit and Community CRM Tools: Your Thoughts?

👋 Hey everybody! I'm Amanda, and I'm running Gamma's Slack community. We're trialing Tightknit right now and have loved it so far. Question: Do you all use Tightknit in addition to a community CRM? Or are there some analytics in Tightknit that I'm not aware of? Asking because we're also trialing a Community CRM tool and I'm wondering if it makes sense to have both Tightknit + a CRM.
