How to Protect Your Community from Bad Actors While Staying Welcoming

I’m preparing to launch my tightknit community, which is for both customers and “AI Builders” in general. Any recommendations on how to ensure we filter out bad actors? I want to be welcoming, but leaving our door wide open is a risk. Maybe the best path is to require Workato SSO to join and everyone else requires approval?

It's a very tough problem! We're actually looking at building something for this in the year since we also are struggling with this ourselves I really like how Clay does it where they have Clay validate if the customer has a real LinkedIn profile. Shriya N. is that still how it's done today?

Zach H. yes! Aaron W. we (unsurprisingly) use Clay to validate their LinkedIn URL + their Clay Workspace ID because we want people to have signed up before joining the community. I also started building out our community guidelines violations system and got some great perspectives from Joel P.!
