Valentine’s Day Tip: Fail fast. I recently read a LinkedIn post on how to address the problems users complain about. Rather than making it easier to find features, they simply removed the majority of them. It got me thinking about my own channel strategy. One of my stakeholders tells me weekly: People come for content and stay for community. So why am I spending excess time trying to jumpstart channels that no one seems to want? Maximize the time you spend in the channels that are working vs. trying to jump start the ones that are under-performing.
