Hey folks - new here, need some general advice with LinkedIn. Created a company page just recently, linked to my profile and realized I can't connect or search for folks as "the company page". Now the only way I can invite people to connect with the company page is thru my network (which tbh don't match the ICP). Is there a better way to do this? Should I create a separate LI account entirely, then create a company page and start reaching out?
A few things I'd note:
Followers doesn't equal anything meaningful truly for a company, so I wouldn't focus on that now. It's a vanity metric.
Create and share content regularly on your profile on the topic/themes relevant to the ICP of your business.
A key factor of LinkedIn being a valuable space is so each person has one profile. You are you and there's only one of you, so it's best to stick with one profile.
The things that matter in any business are revenue, successful & happy customers/partners, engaged & valued employees, and sharing valuable content that helps people. Focus on these and the followers will come.
