Tightknit Release Notes: Major Updates for Nov 15, 2024

We've got lots of big headlines this week. Trust us, you'll want to check them all out!

The Tightknit App Home got a major facelift. We consolidated settings, integrated self-service help features, added Quick Actions, and much more. The organization of the different modules makes much more visual sense. New to the stage are the Moderation and Member Engagement modules! Read more on our docs site. We've also added an educational onboarding flow the first time an admin interacts a module, giving them a clearer understanding of its features and functionality.

Honest feedback? Anonymous kudos? There are plenty of scenarios for which you'd want to let your users send messages anonymously. Now it's as easy as typing /anonymous in the chat! Admins can configure which channels have Anonymous Posts enabled under the Engagement Settings for each channel. Learn more.

We've made it easier to admire your achievements. Keep track of the Badges you've received and the Badges you've given to other users, inside the Badges Log modal (renamed from My Badges modal). Admins will have an additional view to see all Badge activity amongst all users.
