It would be great to be able to take actions on a user's profile from their profile page when logged in as an admin For example, this user posted spam, and I'd love to be able to just ban them from their page community.workato.com/members/…
Ooo interesting, what was your flow to get to this profile page when you saw the spam? like did this come from just browsing the community site and then clicking on the profile? and then where did you then look next to ban this person? slack or the studio dashboard? we've so far been keeping all admin capabilities in studio but I could see the argument for putting some features like that in an admin login as we continue to build out community site capabilities
Yeah, so basically this got reported to me via direct message from a community member. And it said that the post came from Web and so that I needed to navigate to Web and navigate to the post. Its totally fair to have the stuff in studio but surfacing options of things to do with the user on the profile page while logged in as an admin adds convenience to my experience and seems like it would be relatively low lift.
