Prioritization Feedback Needed: Group-Level Analytics or Feed-Level Filtering First?

Looking to get some quick prioritization feedback from the group We're building out some more analytics and want to get the sequencing right. Two directions on the table: 1. Group-level analytics - engagement broken down by Tightknit Groups (https://docs.tightknit.ai/community/groups) 2. Feed-level filtering - slice activity across individual channel feeds If you had to pick one to ship first, which would move the needle more for you? 👀 Reply with 1 or 2 (and why, if you've got a sec!!)

Personally I would do feed-level first for our use case!
Different feeds have different purposes, so slightly different groups of users who are most active in each
We have some feeds that are functional (ex. product support channel), some that are core to interacting (ex. general/discussion), and some that we want to boost up (location-based channels)
But I would also like more granular data than currently exists -- not just mirror the core Analytics page per-feed. ex. I want to see all member activity by rank and sort it, not just see top 10!

Natasha K. great q; can you say more, to the extent youre able, of how "analytics" in this context is defined, related to "feed-level filtering"? basically im curious what i would be looking at if i chose #2 as a priority. just more context is what im looking for. then ill give my pov!

Great question and it was actually one of my questions in an earlier conversation. Here's what we have so far for "analytics" on a channel:
Most active members
Engagement DoD, WoW, MoM, etc.

I think groups would be more valuable for me! I'm more curious about community activity across the entire community and how different groups might compare. For example, different personas, different plan types, different customer segments, etc. If could add people to groups in bulk in some way (list upload or something) that would be super helpful.

i admit, i need to be a heavier groups adopter; so many possibilities! For my use case today, def feed-level analytics (thanks for the context, zach). exactly what you shared; anything that will give me a reason to celebrate people. but also with engagement, the flexibility of doing a custom time range, though, d/d w/w and m/m is a v solid starting point

the time range would be custom but we also need a comparison month vs. month so we can track percentage growth/decline. And a lot easier to use groups now with our MCP!

1 for me! We want to track analytics for a group of our Enterprise customers who will have access to an exclusive post-sales space(s), so group would be great to look at their analytics across all spaces.
