How to Automatically Send Personalized DMs for Milestone Rewards in Your Community

Send an automated DM when someone hits a milestone Hi all- one of the things I'm looking to do in my community is send someone a DM whenever they hit a certain milestone to both congratulate them and also send them a link to redeem swag. I know we can send channel messages but since we're sending out a link to swag I only want that person who hit the milestone to receive the link.
