Introducing the New HELP Channel for Tightknit Support

hello-otter Welcome to the new HELP channel. As we’ve grown to support more customers, the Feedback channel (previously #tightknit-feedback) has started to take on two purposes:

  1. 1.

    Feedback from you on where you want Tightknit to go. This very much includes your ideas on how we could improve 💡.

  2. 2.

    Help when there are Tightknit edge cases, difficult user flows, or even the occasional (😉) bugs in the platform.

However, today we plan to split up these use cases into two separate channels:

This help channel is dedicated to helping you…

  • Work through difficult edge cases

  • Resolve complex user flows

  • Investigate bugs on the Tightknit platform

  • And yes, help with general setup for Slack
