Introducing the New HELP Channel for Tightknit Support
Welcome to the new HELP channel.
As we’ve grown to support more customers, the Feedback channel (previously #tightknit-feedback) has started to take on two purposes:
- 1.
Feedback from you on where you want Tightknit to go. This very much includes your ideas on how we could improve 💡.
- 2.
Help when there are Tightknit edge cases, difficult user flows, or even the occasional (😉) bugs in the platform.
However, today we plan to split up these use cases into two separate channels:
