:hello-otter: *Welcome to the new HELP channel.* As we’ve grown to support more customers, the channel (previously #tightknit-feedback) has started to take on two purposes: 1. Feedback from you on where you want Tightknit to go. This very much includes your ideas on how we could improve :bulb:. 2. Help when there are Tightknit edge cases, difficult user flows, or even the occasional (:wink:) bugs in the platform. However, today we plan to split up these use cases into two separate channels: 1. 2.
