Shriya N. usually it doesn't fire when we have no good matches on the related discussions bit! We probably should separate that logic into something separate so it's not hoping that there is a high enough threshold on if there are related discussions

I would be surprised if it was that bc the moooost crappy/generic intros still have suggestions!

Like someone will literally be like "Hi nice to meet you all I am learning here too" (something I might even delete the next day, but they posted it at 3am my time from India)

I thought if it found 0 for the combo of 3 keywords, it would just drop to 2 of those keywords and search again (for example)

Ya it needs to be smarter. Let me file this one so we can break it apart. Linear Asks file a ticket that let's us break up
autoresponder
related discussions
into two separate responses so customers can have responses on every post without worrying that the related discussions doesn't show up at all
