ProductBC Community Issue: Tightknit Hub Shows Bold Notifications Without Messages

Running into an issue in ProductBC’s community. Tightknit Hub is displaying bold as if there is a message, but going into it, there is no message. Tried clearing Slack cache but doesn't resolve it.

Skip it, rebooted device, and was able to mark channel as read.
