👋🏾 Hey Tightknit fam! I’m Ejieme Eromosele (check out my Linkedin profile to know how to pronounce it correctly), and I’m excited to be here with fellow community builders who believe in the power of connection, belonging, and shared growth. Thanks for creating this space Zach H.. I’m the Founder of Success in Black, a global community I started in 2020 to elevate and empower Black professionals in Customer Success AND to raise the conversation around diversity & belonging in CS. Our mission is to create space, visibility, and opportunities for Black talent to thrive in CS. Today, we’re proud to have more than 600 members, 4,000 LinkedIn followers, and 1,000 newsletter subscribers. By day, I serve as the VP of Customer Growth at Quiq, where I lead retention and expansion for our enterprise AI messaging platform. I’m also a speaker, startup investor & advisor, and author. I recently co-authored The CS Talent Playbook, which explores hiring and career development in Customer Success. At my core, I’m passionate about community as a growth engine - for people, customers, and companies alike. I love creating spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
