I’m Britton Hennessy, founder of Kinn.gg, here to learn about community teams’ AI tooling challenges

Hey all! I’m Britton Hennessy, founder of of Kinn.gg. We’re a little community startup that builds MCPs and data tools for community teams. We actually started this a couple years ago, trying to help video game studios be more responsive to player needs on Discord. It started as a simple MCP that bridged Discord insights to Claude, and has since evolved a lot. Shoutout to the many amazing CMs and leaders sharing their experiences with us! Earlier this year, I met Zach and the Tighknit team and they inspired us to look more broadly at the community space. We had been working exclusively in the video game industry since we started, and didn’t realize a lot of the challenges they had managing their massive communities were consistent with what DevRel and non-games communities were experiencing. We’re an early-stage startup, so I’m honestly here to ask a lot of questions, experiment with community data, and learn more about what teams are building and where the deepest challenges are, especially related to AI tooling.
