New Product Intern Taking Ownership of Our Slack Community and Seeking Growth Strategies

Hi everyone! I'm Will, a product intern at Swiss startup Forgis 😁. As of this week I have been handed full ownership of our slack community and just been told to grow it and drive engagement... While I currently have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, ideas are taking shape but I would still like to learn a lot more about what actually works and what doesn't.
