Feature Request: Algorithmically organize the homepage feed, prioritizing positive content at the top. While it's great to have bug reports and feedback live on the website, when we direct people to our community site's homepage, having those as the first things visitors see isn't ideal for the user experience.

Now that our community is picking up steam and we're in optimization mode, I've noticed some "I can't believe this is missing" features in the platform. The main issue is we have no ability to customize or add CTAs beyond just joining the community.

If someone discovers us through search and wants to learn what TalkTastic is, there's literally no way to navigate to it today. This seems like a significant missed opportunity since this as I see it, the mirror site isn't just about community support - i see it as part of our overall growth engine. We're assuming (and hoping) that people outside our existing user base will discover us via search, but right now we're not giving them any way to convert. I'm emphasizing this because I really love this concept and believe it's fundamentally an awesome idea! Question about programmatically adding badges in Slack for our beta testing program - We want to automatically tag users and give them a badge in Slack when they join the beta group in our backend. Currently doing this manually, but we're building UI controls to let users opt in/out. We're calling it our Guinea Pig program and planning to give participants special badges plus some swag (t-shirts, stickers, hats) when they join. Is there a straightforward way to do this?
