Yeah, I think in general what's going to be the most critical here is to just get your space up and running and functional. If you want to provide incentives or rewards for specific folks, you can, but the reason that you build a space for a specific audience is because they're not getting what they need out of the existing space. As you launch a new community, you just want the space to be active. I wouldn't worry too hard about segmenting them at the beginning. At least, that's my philosophy for right now.

I would say the number one thing that I learned was that having the 🔒[private feed] MCP alongside Claude Code was a godsend. I used the MCP along with a Claude design skill, and then just chatted with Claude Code to build everything that was needed, such as banners, colors for the design of the community, and more, through that MCP, without having to manually create items in Canva for the design. When it comes to VIPs, that can be a bigger discussion. Are these VIPs your most important customers or your most active community members?

Fonts and font sizing was also in the feedback but I saved that for phase 2

Yeah I think it is cleaner on reddit because their isn't its own separate rectangular image, the buttons and info box on the right blend more cleanly into the rest of the page.
