Displaying Employee or Super User Status on Profile Pictures in Slack

I'm wondering about if it's possible to display whether people are an employee or if people are a super user on their profile image in some way.

Do we need to ask them to manually update what their display name is, or ask them to manually update how their profile picture works?

The key here is that it's instantly visible, their affiliation with the Super User program or their affiliation as an employee, on their profile picture whenever their name shows up in Slack.

It would need to be a profile picture border or something like that.
