Hey Carrie, I feel for you. This is tough.
In the past, I have had 1-1 calls with members and then post a screenshot of it in the community with ways that people could connect with that person.
I tried to turn 1-1 calls to 1-many interactions as much possible.
This was a few years ago, but eventually it led to traction. People saw me trying and then wanted to connect with me more, creating more momentum!
