Customize Welcome Messages & Track New Members with Tightknit

💌 Onboarding Welcome Message When new users join your workspace, Tightknit can now send them a customized welcome message introducing them to your community’s guidelines, your workspace’s most important channels, or general tips for getting started. In the app Home settings, click the New Member Onboarding button. Here you'll find the setting to turn on new member notifications as well as the option to send a welcome message to the new user. Not sure what your message will look like? Try it out safely, and send a test message to yourself! You can also enable a notification that is sent to the Tightknit hub channel each time a new member joins. Hopefully this makes it easier to keep track of how and when your community is growing!
