š« Manage Groups from the Studio
Tightknit user groups can now be viewed and managed from within the Studio! Create groups that are featured on the companion site, have automatic awards for its members, and more. Read about it here. You can also now upload a CSV of member emails (up to 1000 at a time) to import group members in bulk. Tightknit will add each member to the group and assign the member award, if any, in the background. When the import finishes you get a clear success and failure report so you know which emails landed and which need a second look. The bulk CSV import feature is available on the Enterprise plan.
š ļø Improvements and Fixes Companion Forums Site
Resource Library UI refresh - Content Collections now appear as a horizontal carousel, and a new row list layout is the default view for resources. Members can switch between list and grid views for resources.
Security and notification emails sender name - 2FA Magic Password and notification emails now use your community's name as the sender, when a custom email domain is configured.
Slack
Toggle the Add to Calendar button on events - You can now hide the Add to Calendar option community-wide from a single global setting, useful when recurring events would clutter members' calendars. Default is on.
Branded Tightknit install success and failure pages - Installing the Tightknit Slack app now finishes on a branded success page, or a branded error page with a support contact.
Fixed Feed creation conflict bug - Fixed issue where feed creation would silently fail if the URL slug matched an existing feed's slug.
Fixed special characters in LinkedIn pre-filled post text - Fixed an issue where URL special characters such as ?&= in the pre-fill text for awards would get truncated when opening LinkedIn.
Studio
Group award changes now apply to existing members - Fixed issue where changing an award associated with an existing group didn't automatically update the award achievement for all group members. Now, any previous award is revoked for all members and the new award is granted for all members, including notifications if enabled.
Fix blank screen after clicking Settings - Resolved a regression where opening Studio Settings occasionally rendered a blank page that required a full reload.
