Tightknit Release Notes (Feb 10, 2025)

[API] Added new API to update an event attendee record, especially to store a personal join link (e.g. Zoom call URL).

[API] Changed the Add User to Group and the Give Badge to User APIs to be single-user instead of bulk. Note: This is a breaking change ⚠️.

[API] Modified input formats for specifying users and for Slack message content in the CREATE and POST APIs. The inputs are now union types of accepted formats. Note: This is a breaking change ⚠️.

[API] Implemented private notifications and badge assignments for the Add User to Group API.

[Slack] Personal join links, if configured, are displayed for the user in the Events List panel. They are also included in the private notification message before the event starts.

If the user modifies the record, Tightknit will re-post the message again. Admins can use this to temporarily remove a message while they correct a mistake.
