Event Recaps & Reminders ⏰
We’re bringing in two big missing pieces 🧩 of the Events puzzle: recaps and reminders!
⏰ Reminders will send a notification DM to all event participants (hosts, speakers, & registrants) 10 minutes before an event starts. This alarm will be configurable in the future.
⏪ Recaps allow admins to to enter a recording link and additional information for past events. Tightknit adds the recap to the original announcement message thread, which also can optionally be broadcast to the channel. The recap and recording link will be viewable for the event in the Events List modal too. Recaps are accessible via the dropdown menu(s) on the Events List modal.

If you add a recap to an event or edit a past event, we will now remove any registration-related buttons. In the future, this will happen automatically.)
🏆 And as we mentioned last week, we are continuing our work on our Gamification module for Badges and Milestones. This week we have even more updates on that front. If you or a client are interested in badges or automated milestones in Slack, please let us know and we would love to add you to the Pilot.

Events List item menu has been converted from an overflow-style menu to a static select-style menu with option groups
Guided setup buttons now take you directly to the Messages tab of the Tightknit app home
[Alpha] Send Badge modal will dynamically update with the info of the selected badge
[Alpha] Badge recipients can view their list of earned badges
[Alpha] Removed default webhook recommendation when creating events

Fixed comments not added on a Post created via the message shortcut
[Alpha] Badges are sent with the default message if none provided
